Amano Shrimp
Also know as the Algae-eating shrimp, the Amano Shrimp prefers planted aquariums and is as its name suggest a diligent algae eating critter. A fairly hardy animal to keep, the Amano Shrimp will get up to 5.1cm (2") in length. Young shrimp start out transparent and over time as they age get more colour in their bodies. A great addition to a planted set up.
