About the DDAS[edit]
The Dunstable & District Aquarist Society was formed in 1947. At that time, it was known as the Luton & District Pondkeepers and Aquarists Society. The man who started the society off was Wilfred Dacre.
Membership[edit]
DDAS membership costs £5. Online memberships entitle you to receive a monthly email newsletter, get free help and advice from members via email and attend one club evening per year.
They meet at 8pm, on the second Wednesday of each month at Slip End Village Hall, Luton.
There are no requirements for membership of the DDAS, other than a concern for the well being of the fish you keep (or wish to keep).
