Welcome aboard!! Been a while since we got a user that makes a large amount of meaningful edits (used to be me but I'm fighting mental exhaustion rn oof), so your contributions are welcome!
word of advice I think might help you: I noticed that you are breaking down descriptions with sections, you should consider using bullet points (using the star [*] symbol), you can look at the [Koi] page varieties section for an example
if there's anything I can do, let me know, I'm not listed on the welcome message, but I'm an admin (I became one long after the rest did, so Ig I'm a "secret boss" of admins lol), and I'll do my best to help (except for structural stuff like spam filter [although that doesn't seem to be a problem to you]; I can help with various page-related stuff especially), as I've noticed the (other) admins are less frequent recently from being kept by their personal lives.
