Alright I think this section needs to be improved a bit.
Personally I say we just use Wikipedia's help files, we can export them and import them here in one fell swoop. I would say just link to them but we do have things on here that Wikipedia doesn't, and Wikipedia has a lot of policy pages which we may not necessarily subscribe to as we have a fairly different operating procedure.
